This covers just past few months. From the minute I entered the store each person encountered was extremely helpful. Due to severe osteoporosis, I had to give up heavier cameras, accessories etc. However, hips have been replaced & cataracts removed, dietary changes mean I am stronger. Time for a change from excellent light weight small Sony & Panasonic Lumix cameras. Each person reacted well to questions, suggested cameras, allowed me to weigh etc.. Please include partial rentals charges. It's frustrating to be late (1-2 hours) on rentals and be charged the full amount. As the only photo/video rental option Ottawa I understand y'all have the leverage to do what you want, but it's unnecessary for customers in my opinion. Response: I appreciate the fast response Roger, but I stand by having an hourly charge to maintain fairness instead of an automatic full day charge.
The staff here are great. Always very knowledgeable and friendly.
