Please include partial rentals charges. It's frustrating to be late (1-2 hours) on rentals and be charged the full amount. As the only photo/video rental option Ottawa I understand y'all have the leverage to do what you want, but it's unnecessary for customers in my opinion. Response: I appreciate the fast response Roger, but I stand by having an hourly charge to maintain fairness instead of an automatic full day charge.
