I brought a lens to Vistek for an appraisal while considering an upgrade. They evaluated it over a couple of days and gave me a fair offer, but it wasn’t quite high enough for me, so I declined. Since I live a fair distance away, they offered to ship the lens back. It arrived the next morning by 10 a.m., well‑packed and exactly as I sent it. I’ve been an occasional customer at Vistek for many years, and this experience was another reminder of why I’ll continue buying from them,they take care of their customers.
As usual great advice, competitive pricing, quality products nice to be able to see the product in a shop before purchasing these days. Good also to support local shops. Best camera shop in Edmonton.
I've stopped in a few times here as I was comparing options on what to buy and what I've researched online. Kaylee helped me out, let me try out the cameras with multiple different lens configurations to get a feel for size and weight and see what would work for my use case. Placed an order for the first time with Vistek and It said the item was in stock but had to deliver to my city, received a notification that I would receive my delivery in approx 2 weeks,(which is much too long to begin with)then received another email 2 weeks later stating another 2 week delay.(one month total) Cancelled my order. I will never order from this company again. Poor service, Very disappointing!
