As a professional photographer and long-time customer of Vistek, I was deeply disappointed by my recent interaction with the store. During a phone call with a manager, I was abruptly and rudely hung up on before I could finish all my questions. When they claim that a product is new, it is truly new. Unlike other stores, they do not sell returned products as new. If you need an item immediately, avoid choosing the online order and in-store pickup option. The online team takes a considerable amount of time to process orders, and when I asked if someone on the phone could check with the online team in-store, I was told that the situation was "complicated."
