Ive rented at the Vistas for 3 years and the owner of the condo; Susan Durlak & also her management company; EVERNEST Property Management are the worst. Its been 7 days since the discovery of BLACK MOLD and no one has worked on the condo to resolve the issue. All the while Im a documented Asthmatic very allergic to MOLD / Mildew. When you pay over $2000 a moth for rent, you'd expect someone to return your phone call. And with no concern has anyone addressed my health concern and they continue to avoid the conversation.
