Emergency maintenance guy, Joe. My power went out and I had to call Joe. He is very kind, very considerate, and safe. He was polite and without needing it mentioned was understanding of the fact that as a woman alone, at night, without power, I was a little nervous. He stood back from the door, he was kind when he had to come back a second time and even waited in the parking lot until the electrician came. I have lived in this community for 2 years and have wrote a previous review under my other email. The first review I posted was a 5 star great review. I am coming on here to amend that because it was not fully accurate. This community is good in some areas awful in so many others. Our experience with Cassie was wonderful! We walked in and toured three different units with such short notice. Cassie was very friendly and thorough. These apartments are in a wonderful and quiet area. Even the “original” units are great!! There is even a dog wash that’s opened year round 😊
Living at Vistas at Jackson Creek has been so amazing. We love our apartment. The staff in the office, the home office and maintenence are awesome. (Raquel, Heather and Linda are top notch and go above and beyond) The dog owners here are responsible and actually pick up after their dogs which is incredible and almost impossible to find at an apartment complex but there is a system in place here that works. Madison, Good & respectful people are hard to find. Mrs. Linda have been most welcoming to me & my service dog! They have been transparent & willing to communicate with me. I also have great respect for Mr. Drew, Mr. Jake & Mr. Pierce. For the amazing work they are doing to maintain these apartments. I'm grateful for their great responsiveness to my maintenance requests!
