Quick disclaimer: my review is not based on living here but rather on my experience viewing the grounds and interacting with the staff. SO, an employee of mine is a former resident of Vistas at Jackson Creek. He suggested that I check the place out, which I did. I have never been to a better maintained multifamily facility! No peeling paint at this place. Lawns green and perfectly groomed. Hedges, flowers too. No cigarette butts and broken glass in the parking lots... nay, not even a stray gum wrapper! Living at Vistas at Jackson Creek has been so amazing. We love our apartment. The staff in the office, the home office and maintenence are awesome. (Raquel, Heather and Linda are top notch and go above and beyond) The dog owners here are responsible and actually pick up after their dogs which is incredible and almost impossible to find at an apartment complex but there is a system in place here that works. The maintenance crew is always fantastic and fixes problems as soon as they possibly can. As for the office personnel, whenever I have voiced my concerns they only seem to be interested in having more renters come in than trying to help the people who currently live here.
Madison, Good & respectful people are hard to find. Mrs. Linda have been most welcoming to me & my service dog! They have been transparent & willing to communicate with me. I also have great respect for Mr. Drew, Mr. Jake & Mr. Pierce. For the amazing work they are doing to maintain these apartments. I'm grateful for their great responsiveness to my maintenance requests! Like everyone has mentioned, maintenance team will forever be my 2 favorite people. They get so much done, always so super friendly, and happy to help. Now the people in the office? Not friendly. Not helpful. Straight up just negligent. Sure, they’re very friendly and happy to help you when you’re touring the place but once you live here and have questions, they basically make you figure it out yourself.
