Get Price First My family have been loyal customers for many many years. Every year Paid $20 for exam and insurance paid $20. This year the insisted we pay $150 for simple eye exam. For 10 years they sent insurance an inflated bill of $150 but settled with them for $20 aloing with our $20 copay. This year when insurance did not pay they insisted we pay $150 for a 20 minute eye exam. The lost a loyal customer.
