Unloaded quickly. Have been waiting for BOL more than an hour. Also they have a lumper fee…
I can describe only my experience. I had an appointment at 08.00, came about 07.00- 07.30. Checked in at the office. Door was given about 5 minutes. 08.40 left facility. Enough room for maneuvering. Not sure about overnight parking, but facility doesn’t have gate.
The place it’s awesome. I show up half an hour after my appointment because of the traffic no question ask right away I receive the door and they start unloading only issue if somebody don’t know how to back up the truck like a new driver they’re gonna have a problem to put it to the door
This place isn't too bad. I showed up at 530 for a 6am appointment. Was given a door right away. Unloading was kinda slow, however, and lumpers fees are outrageous. They charged me 470 dollars for about half a trailer. *I need to start a lumper company*. Either way, though, polite staff, onsight parking along the curb line, and I was out in about 2 and a half hours.
Well be prepared to wait long hours and very expensive lumper fee to unload. I came one hour before my appointment I’m on 4 hours still not unloaded . I would not come back again . No overnight parking
