My husband and I have seen Dr. Strelow for years, and have NEVER had a bad experience. Dr. Strelow listens well and is always helpful in providing all information necessary to make informed decisions regarding eye care. And the optical department is excellent.

They gave me the wrong prescription and I bought a pair of glasses based on that incorrect prescription. The optical office told me to contact billing. Billing told me to contact the optical office. No one will help and neither place will even answer their phone. Awful customer service!
