Called for an appointment for cataract surgery. Because I had a problem with vista star in salem, I was told they were not affiliated with Salem. They gave me the same procedure as Salem. Next day they said they had my file from Salem and couldn't do the procedure. They are under the same company and lied. I guess I will go out of state to get it done. If my heart doctor doesn't see a problem, well he should know
I have been trying to get my medical records sent to our new location since August 2024 … it’s impeding my care here … I have left numerous messages and never get a return call … when I spoke to a nurse for my Dr. I was told that you had to leave a voicemail and they would contact me or the medical facility that requested my records for me … no response for either case
took my grandson for 4 month appointment. We always have had great appointment. He as been a patient of Dr Facciani but today they have us Dr. Walker whom wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupt me when I spoke she rushed though the eye exam. she more or less belittle me as if I didn't know what I was talking about with my grandson eyes. when we went to check out I asked for Dr Facciani for his 4 month appointment they told me that I had to schedule it with Walker that he could see Facciani for his June appointment. there e... read more
