The staff at Vistar eased my first exam, I appreciated Molly explaining the steps to the exam as well as Dr. Conner-Tsang empathy towards a new patient!
During my visit my tech, Sara was amazing. I always hate the questions better at 1 or 2 as it often seems the same. I have often become frustrated and even emotional at feeling pressured to give the “right” answer. This time Sara was so patient and caring that I felt I was not pressured, this was by far my best experience in many years of eye appointments.
