I have been to Vistar since childhood for glasses and contacts and cannot recommend them enough! I see Toni for contacts and she is always helpful and offers samples for new lenses she thinks I will like. My last appt my ophthalmologist was out and another doctor fit me into his schedule so I wouldn't have to wait - so thoughtful. Great place with amazing staff!
Needed help with my glasses. The technician was very nice and professional, and was able to help me out!
I saw Dr. TIms last week for viral conjunctivitis. His schedule was full, but his schedulers were able to squeeze me in at the last minute for an office visit. Dr. Tims has performed multiple eye surgeries on both of my eyes, and, I trust him completely and have faith that, no matter what, he will take the best and brightest care of me. Dr Strelow always does a great job helping me keep my eyes in good shape. Everyone is always so helpful to me and Dad every time we are there. We both would highly recommend them to anyone needing caring through eye care.
Several years ago, I had, what i believe, was a reaction to having my eyes dilated. Soon after the dilation, I ended up at Wake Forest University. I've had 2 eyes surgeries since then. Although Wake Forest does not think my issue came from the dilation, I am still nervous about having it done. After I refused to have my eyes dilated in 2024, the optometrist at Vistar claimed my optic nerve looked concerning.
