I appreciate the ease of getting an appointment and the thorough exam and good advice for further treatment.
I recently had PRK laser surgery with Dr. Tims. The staff and Dr. Tims were very thorough with explaining the procedure and the recovery it involved. All of my pre-op and post-op appointments have been efficient and informative. I am extremely impressed with the level of care, compassion, and precision I have received. The gift of vision they have given me is beyond what I could have imagined.
I enjoyed my visit to Vistar Eye Center. The staff made me feel very comfortable and respected.
Waited an hour past my appointment to be called back with a 935 am appointment.. finally walked out, and 20 mins later I got a call asking if I was there in the building .. that's just poor customer service if you ask me... But then they can do that when they are the only ones in town ...
I would say Dr. Streetlow is an awesome surgeon and eye doctor until I called to make an appointment for a check-up on my eyes. As I am someone with a genetic disease, eye surgery was necessary in both eyes. I have been going to Vistar for several years. I was told Dr. Streetlow stated he no longer wanted to see me as a patient due to missed appointments, which were called in. Now, this is the right of every doctor.
