My experience with Vistar worked out great. Dr. Karli Griffeth implanted the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens during two surgeries, about two weeks apart. After a three week waiting period, for the my eyes to heal and settle in, Dr. Brooke Conner-Tsang did the adjustments and lock-in treatments. After 60-years of wearing glasses now I don't have to anymore for far, intermediate, and near vision. The results turn out better than I expected given my nearsightedness and astigmatism. The good news is their care may be fine.. but making patients wait 3 hours for a one hour appointment that has been scheduled in advance is crazy. If this happened at a restaurant, or any other service they'd try to comp an order, or at least apologize... But no . It's just "it happens, sometimes things take longer". Excuses aren't acceptable.
I like my Dr. very much but the wait time is ridiculous!! Had a 1:50pm app. and I am still sitting here at 3:07... Not the first time.. Every time....
