This eye center is wonderful from the staff to the service, they are exceptional.
Lisa, the receptionist in Blacksburg, is an awesome person. She is always pleasant, smiling and cheerful. Even when she doesn’t feel well she’s personable. She always greets me by name, asks how I’m doing and checks me in efficiently. Upon my departure she wishes me well, says she looks forward to seeing me again and hopes the interim goes well for me. What a wonderful, pleasant lady. We should all learn from her
These people are so nice and kind and completely knowledgeable of every aspect of vision care I can't say enough nice things about these people
I see Dr. John for macular degeneration. Him and his staff have been exceptional throughout this process. They are very professional and care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. John! He's the best!
I bring my mom here for macular degeneration. The staff and doctor are always nice. The gentleman, Guy, who takes pictures of the eyes went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience for my 93 year old mother who is in a wheelchair. He did some extra things to make sure she was comfortable with the process instead of just rushing her through. He was polite skilled and friendly too. I really appreciate the way he treated her.
