Today (01/02/2025) my father had an appointment at this facility at 1:10pm. He was referred to this facility by his doctor in Danville, VA. When we (me, my mother and father) arrived at his appointment we approached the desk to check in. The lady behind the desk was not what you would call friendly, much less polite. Very efficient and helpful office staff. Dr. Mackin was informative and sincerely caring and thoughtful. I was definitely pleased with the experience. I'm very happy that my local eye Dr referred me to the Retinal Specialist at this location. Thank you to everyone!
Good luck on getting someone on the phone to make or reschedule an appt. All calls are rerouted to a call center in Roanoke or Salem stayed on hold 45 minutes trying to talk to someone.NOT GOOD
These guys are the best, on time with appointment, did all my test in a timely manner, and Everyone was so nice to me, Everyone was professional, I felt confident that I was getting the best of care. I would highly recommend this center to anyone.
