Have to get cataract surgery done and they scheduled me for 6:30 AM without consulting me as to whether that time was okay. It is NOT, but they couldn't care less. If you're an older person, you're not allowed to have an opinion, a preference, or even be treated as an intelligent human being. The doctor seems okay but the receptionists' treatment of me as a nonentity is BEYOND disgusting. I don't even want to go there any more because those bitches are TOXIC.
