Very professional hardly any wait time very pleased
Excellent medical care and great staff.
I think Dr. John and all the nursing and office staff are great. But the wait time is ridiculous. For this most recent visit, I was in the office for 3.5 hours, of which about 20 minutes were with Dr. John. At the previous visit, I was in the office for over 4 hours. When I finally got to see the doctor, he was very rushed. My diagnosis was disturbing, and we had questions. Dr. John stayed to answer them, but I know this made him behind for the next patient. Do you really need to pack the schedules like this?
I'm a 67 YOM with diabetes. I fear blindness eventually. 20 years of care at Vistar has me with almost 20/20 vision in both eyes as I approach stage 4 kidney failure. My body is losing the fight, but thanks to VISTAR I can see well. Thank you; Dr. Hines, Dr. John & Dr. McClintock! Special thanks to all the caring staff who make the experience successful visit after visit.
