Staff is always courteous, and thorough in their exams. They explain well what they are doing and why. Dr.Tims is great. I have been seeing him for about 10 years.
Horrible experience with this office and its doctors in early 2025 have led me to conclude that they do not give a damn about their patients. First experience was in mid-January when I called around 8:15 AM asking if I could be seen for what I suspected was an eye infection. As my normal doctor was in surgery the triage nurse or technician said she would rely my symptoms to his backup. Very professional. They treat you like a person.
Vistar has alway been professional and courteous with each visit and wait times are usually pretty good. My husband is treated by Dr. Cotter and I saw Dr. Strelow who performed cataract surgery. My results are awesome.
