Extremely professional very friendly and they helped out a great deal with my mother for her upcoming surgery for cataracts. They have just been lovely.
I had a wonderful experience at Vistar Eye Center on Franklin Road. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and very helpful during check in and while preparing for me to see my new doctor. Great experience at Franklin Vistar....Dr Tsang was professional, knowledgeable and kind and gave some good advice and options on addressing the problems I was experiencing...All staff that I encountered was fantastic with great customer service abilities. The office its self was very welcoming and just felt comfortable compared to others I have visited.
First visit to this location. All staff were very courteous and professional from the time I arrived until I left. No waiting, appointment moved quickly. Loved the office space show casing many paintings.
