My mom never even moved in and they charged her a deposit and one months rent. ( she has been in Oakville hospital and won't get out) Paperwork signed or not. When asked for a refund they only gave my mom $1799.00. I was okay with them keeping the deposit but at least give an 85 year old women her one months rent back when no services were ever rendered. Run like a business not a Seniors place. Just my two cents. I also allowed them to move someone else in when the lease was still under my moms name!!! Just another FYI I don... read more

I recently stayed at Vistamere for respite care post surgery. I can’t say enough good things about the facility and staff . Kim made my transition from hospital to Vistamere seamless ( even when my dates changed due to surgery ) . She was amazing to work with and so accommodating . All the nursing staff was amazing ( shout out to Rose ) as well as the front desk staff , Charlene , Angela , Tessa etc … all made me feel welcome and cared for . Hello my name is Cherry Collins and I had the pleasure to stay at Vistamere, this lovely homey residence after my 2nd knee surgery. The nursing staff were absolutely amazing, bringing me pills at 2am, 4am, 6am + keeping my ice machine filled. They were kind + comforting during my stay. The dining room staff were cheerful + uplifting and Kim was a delight to work with. Front office + maintenance were most helpful too. I can highly recommend this lovely homey residence.
