I had windows installed in 2020 from VistaMark. I am having issues with the windows, but VistaMark is refusing to help me, it is not the installation that I am having problems with, it is the window itself. VistaMark is refusing to help me, will not send anyone out to even look at my problem. There is suppose to be a life-time warranty on the windows. Air is coming through the windows, not a little, but a lot.
I had an issue with a window and Jordan came to fix it. I was so impressed. He went above and beyond to take care of my issue. 5 stars service. He was brilliant. He knew exactly what to do to fix my window, so polite and professional. Even took his shoes off each time he came back in my home. I love my new window!
Ordered their windows. Used Texas Window Store to install. So far, installers are blaming Vistamark and Vistamark Manager refusing to inspect the windows and tell us if they are defective windows or if the install was bad. Unbelievable considering it was nearly 70 windows!
I had a bad experience here due to a supposed general manager that didn't get my order right and couldn't locate it and made me wait for a simple 5 window order.It was a white guy that sounded like if he had speech impediment and was slower than hell but a hispanic employee ended up helping me after all.
