So I waited some time after my loved one passed to put up a review not wanting it to be an emotional response after the passing of them. However, it’s been quite some time, over a year now and I still feel the same about their care. There was one gal there, Jennifer, that was amazingly caring and helpful. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Never even consider this spot if you truly care for your loved one. They have no communication, manners, or care for any of thier residents. My 90 y/o grandfather had Harlem's stolen from him. State mandates for memory care a certain number of employees per resident but clearly they are not up to state code only having 2 staff on for 20+ residents.
