I couldn't be more impressed with the courtesy and consultative approach by the owner . He met me at my home the following day after I stopped by their office in Jonestown. He walked my property with me, listened to all my ideas and concerns. He took it all in and was more of a listener than a talker. At the end of my ramblings , I asked him what he would do and he gave me the most perfect advise and next steps . Money wasnt a thing with John, he made advice honestly on what he would do. I worked with Vista Verde on the construction of my home in Lago Vista, and the entire process was very smooth, with none of the hard sale tactics or hidden costs you might encounter with some other builders. The owner John was easy to work with and quite knowledgeable on the construction side of things, often making helpful suggestions on details of the home that the average buyer might not have considered.
