Read BIV news article Oct 5, 2026 "Former B.C. Lion sued for allegedly injuring neighbour". This exactly sums up Capreit property management and has also been my personal experience. They don't deal with noise complaints at all and ignore tenants requests then things blow up and out of control. It's not isolated. Read other reviews and they all say the same thing all across B.C. and Canada: issues don't get resolved and repairs they actually do are shoddy. Essentially they're slumlords.
