The front desk person was friendly but unfortunately the rest of the hotel was a mess. Our room looked to be barely cleaned, bathroom was dirty, and dirty linen was left folded up in the sleeper sofa. Breakfast time was a mess and despite hot food being served, it was gone fast and slow to replace. The waffle maker destroyed the batter and left you with a burnt mess.
Do not. Do not. Do not book here. This is the biggest sham of a hotel I’ve ever seen. Worst leadership I have ever seen. They charged me immediately when booking 3 weeks in advanced. It’s outdated. Disgusting stained sheets and 1950s carpet. Bugs all throughout the rooms. Broken shower knobs. I booked a 3 queen room, and they were all full sized. The smell was horrible. Do not use this motel. My wife and I had a $50 off one night stay through Best Western. We booked online and tried to redeem the offer. It never worked. So we called the motel, and they said , "Just present the coupon when you check in. " we did Then we looked at our credit card charges in the room later, and they didn't apply our discount! We went back to the desk the next day, and they claimed it it was applied and printed a bogus receipt to try to fool us. It was the credit card company they said.. They lied. Breakfast is severely disappointing. Don’t even bother to waste your time. Rooms are more disappointing Lord for bed. You came here with a big family. Can’t get sheets or pillows extra without a fight some rooms don’t even have working air conditioning. Definitely the worst choice of places to stay while I was here.
Do not go to this hotel lousey service,no hot water,mold in the room,no trash or laundry service,hardly any food avalible for breakfast,would not give us extra towels an wash rags
