We had a terrible experience with this agent, Veronica Xu Resh. We found her to be unprofessional. On the first (and only) time that we met her at an open house, she stayed late spending three hours complaining to us about her sellers. On the first (and only) time that we met her at an open house, she stayed late spending 2-3 hours talking to us about how much she disliked her sellers, how badly the homeowners had treated her, and how often they made her emotionally upset.
