Horribly built homes. Poorest quality materials and workmanship. They never answer the phone and always try to weasel their way out of responsibility.
The worst experience ever. Since the day I moved into the new home I've had nothing but bad experiences. When we moved into this newly built house my daughter went to use the restroom, guess what, she wanted to know if the toilet water should be hot. Wow!! Eventually they came to repair it and made a hole in the bedroom wall to get to the pipes they put a piece of dry wall and painted over it, a quick fix.
