10 years old house noticed a water spot my ceiling. Very quick response. Had someone from the company on my roof looking at potential problem areas the same day. 2 days later a crew was fixing what original builder installed wrong. They had a link with photos that showed the issues and then photos of how it was fixed. Highly recommend!
