1 Star My experience with Vista Resorts has been extremely frustrating. It is very disappointing to see how they treat members who pay more than $5,000 to join and expect, at the very least, respectful and efficient customer service. Their system is extremely outdated and not user-friendly or digital at all. To resolve issues that should be simple and easy to handle online, members are constantly required to make phone calls, which makes the entire process exhausting and unnecessarily complicated.
