High pressure sales pitch to get you to buy in for “lifetime membership” know that you will buy into the ghetto of high fees with low/no maintenance and no response to your inquiries and concerns. Overgrown with nasty foxtails, potentially fatal for your dogs. Maintenance is non existent. They charge quarterly “maintenance” fees, however, maintenance is deferred at best. Unsafe to dangerous conditions at the campsites that don’t get addressed, dirty bathrooms, campsites are not maintained, picnic tables suffer ... read more
