Appointment canceled, said they left me 4 messages, no you did not. I have no voicemail, oh we texted welp this is 2026 its called a spam blocker. And FYI I checked my spam no message until today which was 4 hours after my appointment. I can see why you have a 2.7 and mentions of front office staff being sub par.
I never had any issues with the front desk or anyone here, ever. Everyone has been so welcoming. It all started 3 years ago with an evaluation with Dr Humphries, and I decided to go there for my therapy. They've worked with me numerous of times regarding scheduling. I currently see Dr Bradford and she's been patient and helpful. They also actually answer their phones! I've attempted to find somewhere closer to me, but they were so hard to get ahold of, so I'm making the drive.
Do not go to this office ! I will say I did see a counselor by the name of mark when I first started and he was amazing helped me through a lot but it ended there . I would go in for appointments weekly as well as medication management which was a joke they didn’t care about issues only getting the appointment done and asked very off the wall questions ! Preface: I’m not invalidating anyone’s experience here. Each provider and experience with admin is different, and I was honestly very hesitant to go here based off of the reviews. That being said, we had a really great experience with Allison Harrison and I’d recommend her, especially for anyone seeking testing and help for a neurodiverse child to find a way to both understand and offer support. Not happy with them one of their new counselors is very rude!! Had to change the person my granddaughter was seeing and she was not any better she saw my granddaughter for 2 years and didn't even know her!!! You're lucky I'm not putting names here you should be ashamed of yourself and you call yourself a therapist or a counselor.
