Hi As a recent new adult I was told I had to switch to a new therapist completely understandable with different lisensures. A week before my appointment they call and cancel saying she doesn’t take my insurance anymore I offered to pay cash she said she could not take that. My son had an autism evaluation scheduled for March 10 after the office called me on March 2 to reschedule his original appointment. I confirmed the new appointment the same day and rearranged my schedule to attend. When I arrived, the receptionist told me there was no appointment in their system at all. I'm a working mom and it's not easy to get arrangements to drive 45 minutes one way to go to an appointment that doesn't even exist. The receptionist said she was new and had no idea what to do. Came here and was referred to by my doctor. Have been struggling tremendously with my mental health. Went and saw Tori the counselor but to get medicine and treatment I was told I had to be seen by the psychiatrist ( obviously) I waited a month and a half. To be seen. January 26th … today was my appointment to get on something and talk about my mental health. I was called SUNDAY Jan.25th NO CALLER ID??? Sounds to me like it her something was fishy. I’ve literally called several days ago for my prescription refill and to this date I’m still waiting. This is crap and unethical.
