Was a tenant for over 5 years & absolutely loved my apartment and experience. Alex was a fantastic landlord - super responsive and always quick to fix or help when it was needed. They are the best of the best in the Lowell area!!
We would highly recommend Alex & Amanda (Vista Properties) as your next Landlords…none can match them! Recently relocated outside of New England but if we had remained in Massachusetts, we would have continued to lease our apartment. Always responsive to all our requests, calls and emails. Alex and Amanda are simply wonderful people. We lived in one of their apartments in Lowell for 8 years and never had any issues! Alex was always available quickly if something went wrong and he and Amanda were always quick to reply via email for anything else needed. Most importantly, they were always very fair and transparent about rent increases. This is our first winter in our new home that we rent from Vista Properties. The owner has been amazing from the day we moved in, but today was the "icing on the cake." The folks he has hired to plow and shovel have been incredible! We love it here!
