My mother has been there for a year and it has been a nightmare. The best thing about this place is the food. Unreported falls ended up being a hairline fracture in her back. Always short staffed . There a few employees that really care about the residents but. They have left.
This is the BEST place for memory care around here! The manager, staff, activities director are amazing. They are caring and kind and I don’t have to worry because I know my mom is getting excellent care. My mom has lived in 3 OTHER places where she has been left on the floor for hours after a fall, gotten a pressure wound that led to bone infection, and even had staff fall asleep on the job - literally.
