Llevo mas de dos semanas con la calefacción rota y no se resuelve ni me dan explicaciones. Llevo tres días sin wifi porque el condominio arrancó las antenas y tampoco han dado ninguna explicación. Antes no sucedía pero este año ha sido desastroso y muy irrespetuoso para los inquilinos

To the landlord there is a tenant that smoke marjuana and the smoke is coming to my apt is there anything you can do .When manager Angie was in the office no one would smoke marijuana cause she would do something about it. She knew who that tenant was.cause Angie would smell it and she walk in the apt.shevwould send them a lease violation. I asked apt manager if I could transfer to 72 and she said it was taken I checked online and it's still available. I willing to transfer.

I was here for 3yrs. and enjoyed my stay. Managers and staff were always responsive to any issues that I had. Great location for me at the time with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient covered parking was a huge plus for me as well. Many upgrades were being made to the property in my last month there. If you are in the market for a safe and quiet apartment with reasonable rent rates, I would recommend a visit to Vista Pointe.

This place was one of the worst places to live in my opinion. I lived there for little less than a year and almost every month, there would be leaks in all parts of the building. The rats were horrible in this place and were a constant thing. Definitely could not leave things on the counter or table that were edible. Floors were raised and bowed and there were some holes in the wood underneath the sink in my unit.
