I was here for 3yrs. and enjoyed my stay. Managers and staff were always responsive to any issues that I had. Great location for me at the time with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient covered parking was a huge plus for me as well. Many upgrades were being made to the property in my last month there. If you are in the market for a safe and quiet apartment with reasonable rent rates, I would recommend a visit to Vista Pointe.

This place was one of the worst places to live in my opinion. I lived there for little less than a year and almost every month, there would be leaks in all parts of the building. The rats were horrible in this place and were a constant thing. Definitely could not leave things on the counter or table that were edible. Floors were raised and bowed and there were some holes in the wood underneath the sink in my unit.
