Been here 5 months. it quiet, brand new plumbing, and it has a pool. best apartment in Laporte. Thank you Carlos and Ms. vivian
Carlos the Maintance man is very professional, does an excellent job at repairing/fixing, always very positive, also the leasing agent vivian is great.
The maintenance guy here is excellent! The technician arrived on time, was very respectful, and completed the repair quickly. The apartment community is clean and quiet. I’m very happy living here and appreciate the great service!
Love living in vista pointe. Ever since vivian and carlos took over, the property has really change in a better way. No more roaches and evrything is up to date. Thank you vivian and carlos for all your hard work.
TO THE LANDLORD MY A/C ON MY APT 75 IS MAKING A LOUD ANNOYING NOISE CAN YOIU HAVE AN A/C REPAIR MAN COME FIX IT..I HAD ANOTHER PERSON COME IN AND SEE WHAT ITS MAKING ALL THAT NOISE AND ITS THE BLOWER.SINCE YOUR MAINTENANCE GUY CANT FIGURE IT OUT. WHEN THE A/C STARTS IT MAKES THAT NOISE. ALSO THERE IS. TENENTS SMOKING CIGAREETE AND MARUJUANA AND THE SMOKE IS COMING TO MY APT WHICH IS MAKING IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNBEARABLE,,AND UNHEALTHY FOR MY HEALTH.
