Justin H. Stayed here for a about a year, the previous problems mentioned by others seemed to have been improved on. There are still children playing, a good thing in my book. The quiet hours were indeed quiet and everyone had a friendly atmosphere.

I’ve lived in this complex for a while and unfortunately there are several ongoing issues that future residents should be aware of. The walls are very thin you can hear conversations, footsteps, and TVs from neighboring units. If you’re looking for a peaceful or quiet environment this may not be the right fit especially with children frequently running and playing in the parking lot. Ed, Brian, and Sharon are all great. They were kind and helpful. Briana (the office manager) is not. We lived here for 2 years and I didn’t have a single interaction with her that I enjoyed. I’m not sure if she didn’t like me and my family or she just has one of those personalities that comes off rude and insincere. I don’t recommend here solely because of Briana’s management style.

I loved living here. Colleen does a wonderful job at making sure everything looks nice and rules are being followed. They are very nice apartments and I’m going to miss living there :(. Highly recommend them.
