I had physical therapy with rehab authority for approximately 3 months late in 2023. Mid way my flex spending account was frozen. I was paying cash after that for every visit until my account reopened. I know I paid in full for every session as did the receptionist who took my money. Getting a receipt was another issue. Once I was able to get receipts for my cash payments it was like a spreadsheet of mostly in comprehensible numbers. I managed to use it to get paid back from my money market account, then on the last day of t... read more

Brian at Rehab Authority on Eagle Road is an amazing therapist. I have had Physical Therapy off and since 1988 for various problems. I have several problems and the therapy he has given me has made a fantastic improvement. There is still a lot of work ahead of me; he seems to know just what I need. I highly recommend Rehab Authority and Brian in particular.

Bill needs to learn how to speak to people. He needs to get that bipolar attitude fixed. This place is trash, Bill is a joke, he’s garbage. This patient farm just passes you from one person to the next. I never saw the same person more then once during the cattle herding they were doing. They lay a bunch of charts on a table and they circulate through them. You have to re-explain your issues and ailments each time you sit down with someone. Then, when you don’t give the answers Bill is looking for he punches down on you and ... read more

Went there on January 6th and paid them my $233.00 deductible. They waited do long to file an insurance claim that I ended up paying ANOTHER physians office a partial payment to cover their charge. It's been over 3 months and after many phone calls to their office AND their accounting office in California, I have yet to receive my 233 dollar refund.....I wouldn't go their now if it was free

I've been a client at Highline PT in Des Moines for 3 months now and I've been to several PT's including other Highline PT's and after a long search for the right place, I finally landed at this place and that is when the healing began for me. Chris is a phenomenal PT. He also has at lot of knowledge in several different areas of medicine. I like to call him a healer Kimmie is a pretty incredible PT as well. She customizes your sessions, uses techniques that have made the difference and I would say she's a refreshing change... read more

I just finished 12 weeks of PT after a total knee replacement. I'm really pleased with the progress I made, and believe the success was due in large part to the therapist, Colten. He knew exactly how far to push me each session, added exercises at the appropriate times and didn't let me slide backwards. I have had PT at various other times and places in my life and this was by far the best. I highly recommend ProActive PT.

Vista Physical Therapy told me they had a mask policy. However, I many patients are not wearing mask and they are not engaged in an aerobic exercise. This occurred during every visit. On my last and final visit 2 patients had on masks. NOTE>> even patients on the table did not have on a mask. On other visits I found some staff members to be condescending. Josh was good to work with, but a male staff member actually laughed because I had trouble when doing a stretching exercise. NOTE>> I am going to PT due to an injury. G... read more
