Very nice staff and efficient. Got a lot out of my time and smells nice and clean.
PT staff good, front desk operations a disaster. 1) Didn't realize for weeks that my therapist was not able to work with my insurance. This despite asking for my insurance info. 2) In attempting to alert me to this didn't bother to check my new phone info provided when I set first appointment. Horrible experience. There is lot better out there.
I had the pleasure of working with Christian after a meniscus repair and had an incredible experience over the 5 months I spent with the team. The staff are all wonderful, from the front desk to the therapists and staff. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions that I had.
The Vista Physical Therapy team is outstanding. I worked with Alex as my primary PT tech, but all of the team contributes to a great recovery process. So grateful for their ability to listen and adapt my treatment to my feedback. A 10/10
