This place is a joke
Management here is just absolutely horrendous they don't seem to have a clue what they or doing or how to get through there what seems like pretty regular work load maintenance has never once been in my apartment once to fix anything even tho I've been reporting it since moving in almost two years ago finally was able to get rid of the bugs that were infested in here when they let us move in took me fighting them for over a year to just get stuck with the bill because they didn't wanna claim responsibility bunch of slum lord... read more
My boyfriend and I have lived here at willows for just about 3 years now and haven't really had any problems. It's a nice quiet place but the last year or so they've went from having a men's and women's bathroom both with 2 showers that weren't to expensive that now both are closed completely. They used to offer access to washers and dryers we could pay to use but those aren't available anymore either.
