Very unpleasant experience. Plus got charged $50 for no longer wanting the examination due to their prices
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses here several months ago. 1 pair was great. They other I just could not get used to or be able to use the bifocals to read. Finally took time to have them checked. Could not be happier for the service provided by Lisa. She solved the problem quickly (error when glasses were made). She fixed the issue and I left being able to read. What a pleasant, knowledgeable employee Lisa is.
The excellent experience of costumer service received by Eric and Emma is to be praise they go beyond to make sure the glasses are fit perfect . Thank you
