I recently submitted a review with a lot of negative comments. Be aware that if you want your glasses repaired whether your fault or manufacturer, you will need to get the warranty. The store manager was able to correct most of the damage to my lense and was much more customer friendly than whó I worked with on Saturday. Please ask them what to expect if your glasses have issues and warranty issues. What I expected to be normal turned out to have loop holes. Thank you to the store manager for her help.

We have been going to Vista Optical since we came to Fort Rucker in 2016. Over the years we have dealt with Debbie and she’s incredible! She is always patient with us as we’re trying to find the right frames. She has fixed our grandson’s glasses, I couldn’t tell you how many times. Especially when you think there’s no possibility of them ever being fixable. She always has an amazing attitude. Her customer service is outstanding I highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Especially Mrs. Debby, she goes above and beyond to get you what you need and not to mention she is the absolute sweetest! Love her and wouldn't go anywhere else to get my glasses.
