The staff Arlette, was very nice, professional, and was very clear on explaining offers that go along with your glasses. The process was smooth, and didn't take very long to get our order done and completed. Great JOB!!
Robin at the Post Exchange Vista Optical Shop is always a pleasure to see. She maintains such a cheerful attitude, even in the afternoon when many people are tired. She’s consistently willing to help with adjustments to my glasses whenever needed. Her friendly personality and willingness to assist make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I have a new Progressive glass. I was having problems, and I went to this Optical shop and a Lady name Robin, knew the moment see saw my glasses and that needs few adjustments and changes need to be made. I did not purchase this glass from this shop. Going forward I am definitely going to this shop for my eyeglasses. Not only was she knowledgeable but after she finished with an adjustment, I felt so much better with my new glasses, she was friendly and helpful. What an Awesome customer service!!! thank you Ms. Robin.
