I have a new Progressive glass. I was having problems, and I went to this Optical shop and a Lady name Robin, knew the moment see saw my glasses and that needs few adjustments and changes need to be made. I did not purchase this glass from this shop. Going forward I am definitely going to this shop for my eyeglasses. Not only was she knowledgeable but after she finished with an adjustment, I felt so much better with my new glasses, she was friendly and helpful. What an Awesome customer service!!! thank you Ms. Robin.
Robin, the sales technician, was friendly, meticulous, knowledgable, and generally awesome. She double checked the measurements before ordering my new glasses and adjusted the fit upon pickup. I also got an excellent price.
