I show up early for my appointment and I am told they are not there to do eye exams. So I come back at the exact time my appointment is scheduled and still not there. Just unprofessional behavior so who knows what else they skip when they are checking your eyes. I didn't get a call saying they would be late or anything. I guess they wanted me to sit around and wait like a moron Go anywhere else but here as you are not a priority and your time is not a priority. Truly the best experience I've ever had with an optical shop! Professional, respectful, and very helpful. I've felt like I've had the runaround before at other places but super helpful here. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
