My husband broke his glasses while we were dropping our son off and went to the PX and found this place, the manager (Mr. Doyle) fixed his glasses and was so amazing, friendly and so very helpful! 10/10 recommend!
My glasses were giving me a headache and Christina & associates came to the rescue and got my glasses to fit my face comfortably!!! Definitely recommend
I had an amazing experience at Vista Optical in the Ft. Moore Exchange! My glasses had a stripped and too-short screw, making it impossible to put the lens back in. I walked in, and the woman at the front desk (I wish I caught her name!) helped me immediately. She assured me she could fix them quickly, and within minutes, she returned with a new screw secured with a nut—plus, she even cleaned my lenses before handing them back. Great selection of frames and a very friendly staff. Christina was beyond helpful and thoroughly explained all the various coatings, etc. Customer for life!
I took my prescription from another outside doctor just to check them out. They have an eye doctor next door but they are a separate business from this optical shop. This optical shop has an Awesome selection of frames for a great price. Their staff is experienced, very knowledgeable(thanks to the manager, DOYAL ,is a 24 year retired NAVY OPTICIAN)and helpful at eyewear selection.
