every time ive come here, they are the nicest girls ever. they are quick, kind, respectful, help u pick out ur glasses in the most fun and honest way, felt like the lady and i had a fashion show. thank you for giving your patients real human interaction. forever grateful for this place 💙
My frames were broke in half brought them in and they gave me a pair of new frames for free. Super great customer service and just wonderful people all together

Store manager has terrible customer service.
A couple of weeks ago while on vacation, I went into the store hoping to get my glasses fixed. It was really important for me to have my glasses fixed because I have polycarbonate lenses that protect my one good eye. I was just hoping to get them fixed in a few days, but the lady Monica that helped us was able to switch out the frames on the spot.
