A couple of weeks ago while on vacation, I went into the store hoping to get my glasses fixed. It was really important for me to have my glasses fixed because I have polycarbonate lenses that protect my one good eye. I was just hoping to get them fixed in a few days, but the lady Monica that helped us was able to switch out the frames on the spot. Everyone in the office was great and helpful I was seen 15 minutes prior to my appt time and was checked out with new glasses, on order, in less than one hour.
Great customer service and funny/polite staff! The young lady Ally or howeveryou spell it lol, helped get my contacts in and out for the first time. She's a really cheerful person just like the rest of the staff!
Got my everyday glasses here with special coatings and even was able to get custom lenses for my prescription sunglasses
