Worst service i’ve ever encountered in my life they answer the phone and hang up on you. I requested a refund on the 10th after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for glasses that they sent to Mexico. It’s now the fifth 7 to 15 business days is up for the refund to have hit my account or in a check which they said they mailed and would guaranteed be here on 27 April. No check and now they’re telling me they’ve never even heard of me requesting a refund bullshit. They should be shut down.
Had a wonderful meeting with the doctor! My outcome wasn’t so good after needing cataract surgery, but of course that’s not the doctor’s fault!
I was visiting tillamook with my family and forgot my glasses and contacts… the employees in there were so kind. They gave me a free set of contacts and solution no charge. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you so much!
