Hands down BEST eye exam ever. This is literally the first rx that Ive walked away with contacts I can both drive with AND read Google Maps. The glasses are delayed for whatever reason....which is kinda frustrating. But the Dr gave me a set of contacts and solution...pretty much the kit...so at least I can see. The front office staff....truly great to work with...all 3 kind and responsive....and seemed just as frustrated as I was, about the delay in my glasses being delivered.
Worst service i’ve ever encountered in my life they answer the phone and hang up on you. I requested a refund on the 10th after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for glasses that they sent to Mexico. It’s now the fifth 7 to 15 business days is up for the refund to have hit my account or in a check which they said they mailed and would guaranteed be here on 27 April. No check and now they’re telling me they’ve never even heard of me requesting a refund bullshit. They should be shut down.
Had a wonderful meeting with the doctor! My outcome wasn’t so good after needing cataract surgery, but of course that’s not the doctor’s fault!
