This team is amazing! I broke my old pair of glasses waiting for another optical service to get my new ones and these girls had a plan in place to set my lenses in a different pair so I could drive home in the dark that night. I am not able to see in the dark without them so Kudos!!! If they took VSP I would get all of my optical needs with them. Thank you and many blessings girls. ;-)-) I donate all of my old glasses here.
My daughter needed glasses I called my insurance. They send me to her physician because she would need a referral. We are on the Oregon health plan. We got the referral to vista optical. The waiting time was almost two months. Finally we are there, only to find out that the Oregon health plan does not pay for glasses at this location. Very disappointed trying to figure out how to afford glasses for her. The lady then offered us a voucher for a free eye check and a free pair of glasses. Whoever is answering the phone (Katrina or something) needs to have a refresher course on customer service. When I was trying to make conversation and commented on how far out they were booking, I would appreciate no attitude and I got the snide comment back of, “Well are you going to make the appointment or not?!”

I have been going here for years. I brought my child last month and Dr.G was so patient with him. He was great today to explain everything and he was so so kind! What I am not impressed with, the lady at the front desk. She is EXTREMELY rude. I believe her name was Katrina. When I called in to give my appointment to my son because his pediatrician recommended is was seen before he goes back to school, she was so rude about making a new appointment for me and laughed at me trying to scheduled.
