A screw on my glasses dropped off this morning and I went to Vista Optical for help. It gets fixed quickly there and I can continue my day. I really appreciate the help in need and highly recommend this store! Thank you!
After shopping at Fred Meyer, we stopped in at Vista Optical so that my mom could get her three glasses adjusted to fit better. Diana was very helpful and friendly. She knew exactly what to do to make sure my mom‘s glasses fit really well. We appreciated her professional abilities.
I ordered my glasses in December during the buy 1 get 2 free special. Aaron took such great care to explain the procedure since I brought in my prescription from my optometrist. I brought a friend to help decide on the best ones, and the staff stepped back and let me try on at le as st 30 frames. Stopped in really quickly to have my glasses adjusted. The lady up front looked at the fit and my ears really quickly and then on the first go figured out how to make them fit perfectly (this never seems to happen other places I've been). She was so kind and helpful. Hoping to switch to this eye doctor (if they're in network) because of the positive experience.
Called this morning to make an appointment to get my eyes examined so I could get new glasses. I was told that I couldn't make an appointment because they don't have a doctor. She left earlier this month. Why wasn't there a replacement hired before she left? Horrible customer service! My glasses cost several hundred dollars, so they lost that money plus the cost of the exam. How many others are going to another optician because they can't get an appointment. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
