I have a pair of sunglasses that I bought at Nordstrom Rack (not expensive) and one of the screws fell out. I took them to Vista in OC and the lady there fixed them free of charge on the spot! What a great experience.
I called the Vista Optical store in the Oregon City Fred Meyers 11/28/2012 twice. I was horrified with the lack of customer service I received. The first time I was told she was busy and I needed me to call back in 30 minutes. The second time I was put on hold only to be hung up on. I would like to give some customer service advice.
