It’s been two months and still not getting my glasses. Never again and I would like a refund. 😌
This might be a good place to buy eyeglasses...I'm not sure; however, I don't recommend them for tightening your frames. Mine were heated and bent, for some reason (I thought instead the screws would be tightened) - this caused my frames to hurt my ears so much that I cannot wear them.
I had one of my nose pads fall of my glasses. I went to Vista Optical in Fred Meyer for help and the staff was awesome. She was very busy on the phone helping out a customer, but took the time to greet me and fix my glasses. She even replaced the other pad to make it even!! She had a great sense of humor as well. Above and beyond customer service!!
Constant double bookings and Dic only on Mondays. The counter staff could definitely use some systems training.
Robin is a miracle worker! My frames split and she made it such an easy fix. Not enough stars in the world for her! Thank you
