Brandon at Ithaca Optical is an absolute legend. I walked in half-convinced I’d leave with the same boring black frames I’ve worn for years, and somehow walked out feeling like I just got a full glow-up for my face. Brandon’s clearly knows his stuff. The whole experience felt personal instead of transactional, which is rare these days.
Brandon is the best thing that has ever happened to Vista Optical. In the past, this optical department was incredibly disorganized and wasn’t functional. With Brandon around, Vista has flourished and became an optical department that I’m proud to say I’ve bought glasses from. He’s made the process so much easier for all patients and has a great personality while doing it! He is also amazing at repairing glasses and will happily help you out whenever you need it!
I was visiting family for the week just happened to break my glasses walked into here and they were quick to act fixed my glasses in no time!
Brandon was super helpful, didn't try to upsell or anything. Felt very taken care of.
The person who's running it now (Brandon) is the best!! Perfect selection of frames in my price range (lowest) and also higher end frames. He's very responsive with orders and follow up. I'm 100% happy with the entire process of getting new glasses and contacts. Excellent old-fashioned customer service which is hardly ever found these days in any business.
