I was visiting family for the week just happened to break my glasses walked into here and they were quick to act fixed my glasses in no time!
Brandon was super helpful, didn't try to upsell or anything. Felt very taken care of.
The person who's running it now (Brandon) is the best!! Perfect selection of frames in my price range (lowest) and also higher end frames. He's very responsive with orders and follow up. I'm 100% happy with the entire process of getting new glasses and contacts. Excellent old-fashioned customer service which is hardly ever found these days in any business.
Took my 2 year old for eye corrections had a follow up appointment that they changed to a early date without contacting me I call for my daughter appointment today to verify what time it was cause I didn’t have that in my calendar to find out they switch the appointment to a earlier day and sent a letter in the mail which I did not receive the lady who I was speaking to on the phone was extremely rude I will be taking my child to a office that take our business more seriously and with good customer service skills I have neve... read more
