Took my 2 year old for eye corrections had a follow up appointment that they changed to a early date without contacting me I call for my daughter appointment today to verify what time it was cause I didn’t have that in my calendar to find out they switch the appointment to a earlier day and sent a letter in the mail which I did not receive the lady who I was speaking to on the phone was extremely rude I will be taking my child to a office that take our business more seriously and with good customer service skills I have neve... read more

After having eye surgery in one eye, I needed to update the prescription in one lens knowing full well that I would likely have to change my prescription again in few months anyway.I still needed to be able to see in the interim. Can you imagine how difficult it is to function with a completely wrong prescription? I was unable to drive or work on a computer for any length of time (and my job is 100% computer). Apparently this optician's office doesn't grasp what kind of impact that can have on someone. I waited the... read more
