My mom started here in assisted living 5 months ago and was soon moved to memory care (very much needed). She has thrived and is probably in the best shape, physically and mentally, in over the last 4 years. The staff has been so loving, attentive and has taken such good care of her, especially during a time I was unable to be there for her due to my own surgery & lengthy recovery. Rick Hooke During the time my wife was a resident at Vineyard Park South Hill she received excellent care and help. The administrator, activities director, nurse and staff went to great lengths to ensure that her care and safety was a priority. When we transited from assisted living to memory care the staff made it very easy with no burden on our family. Having the opportunity to tour Vineyard Park South Hill. I found that the community was positively held. The overall atmosphere was calm, clean and organized.. The residents were happy and content, which was affirmed by their smiles. It was nice to see interactive community events happening during the tour as well.
This is a fabulous place. My family loves it. I get all the help I can get. It’s wonderful, we also get to help others too!
