I have rented 4 previous times at other places and was liked very much by previous landlords. So much so that 2 of them gave me Christmas presents. Then I rented from this place and the leasing agent Amber Sanchez constantly picked on me. One time my sink got clogged and she accused me of bathing my cat in the sink ??? My cat cleaned himself!! I have lived here for about 2 years and I love it! The landlord is amazing and so are the maintenance. They try there best to get stuff done right away. Place keeps up with cleaning up the place and making it look nice. The landlord gets The community together and makes everyone feel at home!

I am a new tenant that just moved to Las Cruces. I am very happy with not only my apartment but with all the staff here. Taylor the manager is efficient, professional, kind and just exceptional. Mondo and his crew are terrific. If I have a problem they are on it. These apartments and the property is one of the most maintained property I have lived at. It is clean and obviously well cared for.
