Stayed with this clinic far too long. They have no regard for your time. You end up waiting multiple hours for an appointment you booked, then are rushed through it. The doctors are lazy and the front desk staff are rude.
Have been going here for over ten years now, and have always been treated amazingly. Yes, some days it can take longer to see your doctor, but they more than make up for it with the care and time they take with you.
There is like a 60% chance your appointment will be canceled on you. If it is not canceled, you will be waiting 3 hours after your appointment time. I keep going back because I really like the Dr. but it’s super frustrating.
Every appointment gets canceled, I have Dr. Quereshi, and I would say about 50% (or more) of the appointments ive had booked, are cancelled by him. I book an appointment to have things done, Important urgent things, and almost every appointment is canceled morning of. I would not reccomend this office. I am all for having personal days and important life events, but as my family doctor who I require occasional visits throughout the year, I can't even do that.
It would be nice if they ever picked up their phones. I've been trying to call all morning and nothing. I have to admit. Dr. Qureshi has been great for me. Super attentive to detail, just the right amound of humor to keep your spirits up when dealing with a serious condition, but atill kind and professional enough to get the job done. But he's the "only" reason I continue to go to this clinic. The front desk staff are constantly rude. Wait times have gotten horrendous.
