He truly listens, takes action right away, and ensures you feel heard and supported. Bless their hearts! None of the blood pressure cuffs were working so I didn’t get mine taken; the nurse practitioner looked in my mouth with a flashlight from the doorway because she was too afraid to approach me. I was there with a sore throat and although I did not test positive for strep, she did not test me for flu or Covid.
