I made an appointment for a physical and bloodwork. I saw the doctor for literally less than five minutes. He looked in my ears, throat and listened to my lungs. The end. The nurse was very pleasant ( which is why they get two stars and not one) but unable to find a vein to draw my blood, so i was sent to labcorp for blood work. I was charged $287.00 for this 5 minute visit.
We waited over an hour to see the doctor who was not very understanding of my child’s autism and speech challenges.
Hello, My child then 6 year old was seen on 3/1/2024 at the Annandale vista medical center. I have spent many hours calling and trying to get their error fixed. I have called and left messages and had been told this was fixed. It was submitted as workers comp and today when trying to get him seen for care, I was forced to pay 180 dollars. Obviously a then 6 year old wasn’t seen for workers comp. I’m extremely frustrated with this issue.
Tested COVID positive at home so I went in to confirm and get a prescription for antiviral. They didn't accept the walk-in but instead scheduled me for an hour and a half later (lesson: call ahead!). I live nearby so it was not a problem and filling the online forms with the text link they sent was easy. Service at the scheduled time was quick and thorough.
