FOLLOW UP- While Vista is still unable to provide an updated 602A report best my mother’s been released without it. Their Social Services director Isabella did provide me their TB test documentation. This is one less thing to deal with as we get a current 602A from my mother’s doctor. When I was talking with Isabella, she also informed me that they have updated their documentation to the current 602A report for current use. The staff was very nice and helpful the facility was well kept and clean overall nice
I came to Vista Manor with my HomeCare team to introduce Synergy HomeCare of Milpitas and met with Mica. Bella was not available but Mica did a great job by introducing us to what they do and how our HomeCare agency could fit in. They were very receptive knew what they were talking about.
Overall the care for my mother was adequate. They feed, took care, checked her medications and took her to Physical Therapy for about an hour a day. Then she went waited in bed for us to visit, very limited activities otherwise. Somehow this went on for 4 weeks before they decided she could be released, once Medicare stopped paying. We kept asking for a 602A report so we could get her home and then relocate her to a new place closer to my brother. They finally did the 602A about a day before release.
