The staff have been taking really great care of my 99 yr old aunt the past 2 weeks. The physical therapists told her they would help her walk again. She had her doubts. But they didn't. Always very positive and encouraging her everyday. And they were right. Yesterday she took her first 5 steps. I know it may not sound like a much to most people but for a 99 yr old who thought they would never walk again. This was everything. I want to thank everyone at Vista Manor for actually caring about their patients.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Before putting my grandfather in this facility center, I came and checked the reviews. I saw excellent reviews and I was happy that my grandfather was going to be in good hands. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was too much neglect in this facility center it made me regret my decision. This led to my grandfather going into septic shock and they did nothing, leading to him passing away. I really like Vista Manor everyone is so helpful and kind! They are very good about letting you know about how they are helping your loved one! I just feel so comfortable with knowing my son is getting the best care.
I felt like I was in a clean safe environment it is definitely a clean place. My friend look very peaceful there he was content happy not stressed I strongly recommend this place for anyone who needs assistance
