Reply 5/13/25 - There's been several repeated outreach since 4/1 - including as recently as 5/12/25, but onsite staff couldn't access the info needed to stop collections or confirm security deposit status. The issue has been ongoing since 4/1, with little response despite multiple email to multiple leaders and calls to Vista and FPI office in Folsom. I’ve got to be honest. I’ve never done a review in my life. I’ve been living here for about a month and a half and for as big as it is it’s a very quiet complex, beautiful landscape, 2 pools and a laundromat (lol) what more could anyone ask for?! Everything I need is right outside my door step plus Not to mention my apartment is beautiful and so spacious, updated appliances and so much more. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you. Moving to Vista Apartments has been such a great experience. The Manager Lupita was so welcoming. Such great personality, she was also very patient and took the extra time to make my move easy. Living here has been really peaceful. The staff is really nice. The property is always so clean and quiet. Overall, I am happy I moved here to Vista Apartments.
