EDIT: They have been very prompt and responsive in resolving all of our complaints, including replacing our elephant ear plants. Big thanks to Jillian and their management for reaching out to me personally to resolve the issues. We have used this business in the past when we rented out home out. However we do not use them anymore, but our neighbor does. Unfortunately I do not believe they are respectful of neighboring properties that they are servicing.
