Please cancel our services. We don’t know when you are coming to cut the grass. I have a short term rental and need the lawn to look good front and back. We don’t know if they sprayed the weeds or if and seeds were planted. No communication no responses. Unless you live in beaufort. We give up and we’re a referral.

EDIT: They have been very prompt and responsive in resolving all of our complaints, including replacing our elephant ear plants. Big thanks to Jillian and their management for reaching out to me personally to resolve the issues. We have used this business in the past when we rented out home out. However we do not use them anymore, but our neighbor does. Unfortunately I do not believe they are respectful of neighboring properties that they are servicing.
